Amanda Woo named Chief Development Officer at Clear Channel Singapore.
Amanda Woo, Clear Channel Singapore’s Head of Client Partnerships and Business Development, has been promoted to Chief Development Officer (CDO), with effect from 1 September 2019.
Amanda first joined Clear Channel Singapore in 2008 before leaving for Singapore Tourism Board (STB) in 2010. She made a return to Clear Channel Singapore in 2016, and she has been helming a broad remit that consisted of Marketing, Client Partnerships, Business Development and Sales Force Effectiveness.
“In her new Chief Development Officer role, Amanda’s been tasked with a renewed focus on Business Development: which requires her to work very closely with the Executive Committee – to build a team and company that capture all the prospects of the future, and continuing the work that has been progressively enabling an out-of-home (OOH) business through digital, tech and scale, ”, Kelly Khoo, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Clear Channel Singapore.
Earlier this year, Clear Channel launched its location intelligence and exposure-to-conversion tool, OutSmart, that helps brands understand and measure offline attribution and offline-to-online (O2O) consumer behaviour with location data and in-depth behavioural insights. This means brands can now compare the impact of a campaign across different marketing channels and points-of-interest that will help in optimising their spends and finally better understand the offline world.
Clear Channel is also slated to expand its Digital out-of-home (DOOH) inventory in the coming weeks.
Play 3.0, expands their current DOOH network from 200 to 250 screens. These 75” high definition digital screens are located in key city and regional sites, and allow brands to engage audiences through context, immediacy, interactivity and creativity.
Electric City, is the first ever large-format, street-side digital billboard network. Located at Robinson and Orchard, Electric City takes audiences on an immersive and interactive high-definition full-motion audio-visual journey.
“We will continue to improve our suite of solutions to cater to what the market needs. I am looking forward to help maintain Clear Channel Singapore in a leadership position and to initiate growth and innovation for the ever-evolving OOH business. Our relentless ambition, energy and focus will continue to offer our advertisers new opportunities in OOH advertising, led by digital, tech and scale”, says Amanda Woo, Chief Development Officer, Clear Channel Singapore.
